 To fix the compiler error don't use directories with spaces. "Program  
 Files" is the cause probably.

Bud is telling you that it was expecting "sc.ini" to be in one of the
folders ...
 .\
 C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator
 C:\D\DSciTE\dmd\bin\

but sc.ini is not in any of these places.

Which location DO you actually have sc.ini in?

How about you try installing the compiler and bud to the places where
the installation instructions tell you to?  That you have to use the
-DCPATH flag to bud tells me that you're probably doing something
really ridiculous.
