Refering only to the mac version...

Is there an uninstall procedure for the older 0.23 version?  How are we
supposed to manage 0.23 version uninstall?

Does the shiped uninstall.command in the 0.24 uninstall the previous version or
only the shiped version?

You can just upgrade it to 0.24, there's no need to uninstall 0.23 first

It should work with previous versions too. Worst case it misses an old
import module file in /usr/include/d/4.0.1 somewhere (not a big deal).

BTW; if you open the script in your text editor, you'll see the filelist
