This license is for the DMDScript scripting engine (the Software) implemented in the D Programming Language. The license is non-exclusive and allows the purchaser to modify the Software as he sees fit, embed it in his proprietary applications, and distribute the resulting binaries royalty free. The purchaser need not disclose or make available the source code to his modifications.

The Software source code may not be resold.

No support or maintenance is provided with this Software. Do not install or distribute the Software if you are not accustomed to using or distributing experimental software. Do not use this software for life critical applications, or applications that could cause significant harm or property damage.

Digital Mars licenses the Software to you on an "AS IS" basis, without warranty of any kind.
