inaccurate compared to the information on my server's stats page (I 
became suspicious when the counter reset itself; I guess that's what I 
get for using code from poorly-written PHP tutorials).  I updated the 
counter an hour ago to reflect reality, but I'd expect them to start 
drifting again.

Is there a mirror of the list of mirrors anywhere, so that people can 
find a DMD download when the digitalmars.com server is down?

http://digitalmars.dsource.org/d is a full mirror of the docs and the zip
downloads.

If this doesn't resolve in DNS, you can put 63.99.9.206 in your hosts file and
get to the site.
