DDoc currently ignores the "Copyright:" Section.

Paragraphs needed like:

 * History:
 *  V1 Initial writing by authors.
 *  V2 Reviewed syntax and DDoc comments by Pedro Ferreira.

Will not create a suitable result on HTML, one V each line, and will output
everything on the same line. This is most unpleasant on license output...
