Please, turn associativeArray.byValue(), associativeArray.byKey(),
associativeArray.byPairs() into Ranges. This allows this code to work:


import std.range;
void main() {
    auto aa = [1:["hello", "red"], 2:["blue", "yellow"]];
    auto r2 = join(aa.byValue()); // error
}
