The current text:

Implicit Conversions

A pointer T* can be implicitly converted to a void* . A static array T[dim] can
be implicitly converted to one of the following:

    * T*
    * T[]
    * void*
    * void[] 

A dynamic array T[] can be implicitly converted to one of the following:

    * T*
    * void*
    * void[]
    * U[]

Where U is a base class of T.

The first sentence is rather redundant with the table immediately after it
saying the same thing plus more.  Also, the [] to/from * conversions are gone
now.

Ignore this part.. I misread it at first:

The first sentence is rather redundant with the table immediately after it
saying the same thing plus more.

It's not redundant, though maybe adding a <br> or <p> to make all three blocks
distinct might help.
