Created an attachment (id=628)
fix parallel builds on linux
Attached patch fixes the dependencies enough so that make -l linux.mak -j <some
number> works correctly. It's far from specifying all the proper dependencies
so that frequent clean / rebuild cycles aren't required when altering .h files.
