This compiles successfully:

  struct S {
       nogc
      void f() {
          scope dlg = { new int; };
      }
  }

Whereas this doesn't, because it complains the "new" violates  nogc.

  struct T {
       nogc:
      void f() {
          scope dlg = { new int; };
      }
  }
