Message Box which shows up after trying to create project.

If you try to create a Visual D project in Visual Studio 2017 using any
installed project template, it will crash with one of two possible error
messages:

1) External Component has thrown an exception
2) Exception from HRESULT: 0x80041FE4

My compiler: DMD32 D Compiler v2.080.1
