I ran `dmd-2.066.1.exe` this morning and it didn't include the
./windows/bin/rdmd.exe executable. I ended up downloading `dmd.2.066.1.zip` to
get rdmd (and a lot more it seems).

My expectation would be that the installer would include all the same Windows
toolchain executables and resources that the ZIP includes.
