yes, i have to attach sample. it must be used as-is, not copypasted from
bugzilla.

yes, i know that shebang is not in utf-8. so what? my whole locale and
filesystem is not utf-8, and everything works ok. except dmd, which can't
compile valid code with non-utf charactes in the place dmd never needs to look
into.
