I get this error with dmd head:

t.d(4): Error: template instance A!() mixin templates are not regular templates
t.d(4): Error: Cannot interpret A() at compile time
t.d(4):        while evaluating pragma(msg, A)

mixin template A() { }

void main() {
    pragma(msg, A);
}

Didn't break in 2.063.2.
