The dollar sign, __dollar or $, is mentioned nowhere in the specification
except in that it is listed as a token on the Lexical page, at
http://www.digitalmars.com/d/lex.html. It has surely bypassed the "testing"
stage by now and is a part of the language as much as the length property of
arrays? Unless that's not the case, it should presumably be mentioned at least
on the Arrays page at http://www.digitalmars.com/d/arrays.html.
