After version 0.1.0 there is will: 0.2.0 - command line 0.3.0 - text editor with IDE (with extremely support of D of course) 0.4.0 - graphic editor and so on..

You're reducing your potential Windows userbase by 99%.

Maybe when I will write own version of rsync, I will make version without cygwin dependency.
