I am a fedora packager ldc compiler and tango will be go in official fedora repo. People who want learn or advanced programmer can use Fedora for develop D application.
I put here a temporary link to béta src.rpm and spec file:

Looking at it I don't recognize what license most of it is under but IIRC
it's supposed to all be all under the boost license. I do know that Walter
has been careful to only put in code that can be freely used (if not fully
open source).

That's true for D2, but probably not for D1.

LDC doesn't work with Phobos for D1 because it uses the Tango runtime.
And it doesn't compile D2 either ATM. So it makes no sense to include
Phobos 1 or 2 if the only D compiler provided by Fedora is LDC.
