Glad to announce D 2.112.1-rc.1, ♥ to the 7 contributors since 
the last release.

This is more of a test-run release, using GHA to build all 
binaries and packages instead of the arcane fleet of vagrant 
boxes. Not all steps have been worked out or fully replaced yet, 
most notably the old automated processes around updating the main 
sites: dlang.org, downloads.dlang.org, and docarchives.dlang.io.
