- Fixed an Issue where adding projects it wouldn't always ask you for a 
project filename

- Project source/binary files are not stored relative to the project 
file(if possible).  This means a directory with a project file in it 
should be movable.

- When invoking Build/Run DManager will minimize until the program finished.

- Some source code cleanup.

- Licensed under ZLib license.
