He was always a gloomy person and uncomfortable with his overnight fame. I'd say his development days are over, at least for awhile.

A better idea would be a 'foundation gala'. Andrei sends invitations for a party to some 'possible fortunate' donators. Going to the gala means 'giving a envelope with some money inside'. The gala itself: food, animation, people talking. In the USA tradition...(never mind the bollocks...).
