digitalmars.D - Searching 'D' or 'dlang' makes difference to TIOBE index, but dlang

Just something for those who don't know it yet.

I was wondering how TIOBE index is calculated for programming
languages. This is their definition:
https://www.tiobe.com/tiobe-index/programming-languages-definition/

And this is its grouping of search for either 'D' or 'dlang'

D: D (confidence: 90%, exceptions: -"3-D programming"
-"DTrace"), dlang
This proves that there is no need to change official name of 'D' to 'Dlang' :)

Oops lacking a 'no' in "makes differences" in the title. I meant "makes no differences". But thinking twice, it actually better to use 'dlang' anyway.
