They don't, hence the off-topic prefix. The point was that they double down on using a GC based language for systems programming (bare metal), instead of discussing on how to replace it like it happens all the time over here.

Oh, missed that. Ok, yeah, GC isn't always bad. I actually like using GC. It just needs to be fast.
