A pill can solve your immediate problem but it doesn't make you better.
Self-training increases the power you have on your body, makes your mind
stronger and able to solve other similar problems, and doesn't damage your
kidneys. If you want to master any field you have first of all to master
yourself, there is no magic pill to escape this.
