https://dlang.org/library/std/algorithm/iteration/cumulative_fold.html has a
more serious problem in which the symbol name in the title is not being
wrapped, causing the page to be much wider than otherwise necessary.

 Inlined code should probably never be hyphenated.

That doesn't look like inline code, rather the symbol name in a 
DDox-generated table.

For me it happens on the page you linked to [1]. Chrome 76.0.3809.132 
and Safari 12.1.2 (14607.3.9) on macOS 10.14.6. Happens on Safari 13.0 
(15608.2.5) on macOS 10.15 Beta (19A546d) as well.
