I find how many negative votes D is getting to be a bit depressing, though at least we're doing better than C++ (percentage-wise at least). But as much as I like D, I confess that I find the fact that C++ gets so many negative votes a bit odd. It has its faults, but I'd still say that C++ is better than most of the languages on the list.
