c++.stlsoft - Support for VS2013 and VS2015

Hello Matt,

I hope everything is OK.

I need to build the stlsoft and fastformat with VS 2013 and VS 
2015.

So I did the required changes to the stlsoft and fastformat 
source code to allow for a successful compilation.

Hopefully they are correct, can I send them to you so you can 
integrate them into a new a new version?

Sorry for the delay, but the lack of upload feature of the Forum 
( or my incapacity to find it ). Led me to push this task over 
and over.

Although it's 7zip I only copied the files that I changed.
