D.gnu - Cannot create GDC bug tracker account

I tried creating a new account on the GDC bug tracker. It claims 
an email was sent, but it never arrives. I've retried multiple 
times. My email appears to be working fine. I can send emails to 
it through another service no problem.

Any ideas what may be going wrong?

FYI: the bug I found is when trying to assign a text string that 
is wrapped inside `` chars. DMD works OK, but GDC craps out with 
a pile of weird error messages.

It's GDC from 4.7 branch. I'll file the bug + details after I get 
the account working and check if it has not already been reported.
