DerelictGL in the Derelict2 branch will get version 3 support 
eventually. I don't know of any existing bindings for it, though.

Yeah, it's planned, but he's busy and probably does the extension system 
and other libraries first.

Yeah, that's exactly my plan :-) And it's actually in progress. I'm 
stealing an hour here and there to get it done. Commits are coming quite 
frequently lately.
