digitalmars.D.learn - COFF2OMF.zip missing or ftp problem

I can't get to ftp site somehow. Is there any way of getting this file, except
buying the whole CD ?

I know that link, still it showsh only Buy CD option. Is there any other way I
can convert the libs to the correct format ?
