digitalmars.D.internals - Are the Cirrus CI tests on the M1 processor really required ?

I had not contributed since months, I'm a bit surprised... I notice that they create a bottleneck in the dmd CI. All the other checks are finished but 20 minutes later the M1 ones are still not. Maybe that the availability (for free) of this architecture is just a kind of advertisment for the paid plan and that you should not rely on it ?
