Testcase:
```
void g(int);

struct S {
    size_t member;

    static void foo(byte member) {
        g(this.member.sizeof);  // <---
    }
}
```

The code accepted by the compiler, but shouldn't be: `this` has no meaning in a
_static_ member function.
