If I am looking at a D language html page, such as invariant.html, the nav bar
on the left shows the different sections of the Language spec.  If I click on
the entry for "Const and Invariant", it takes me to const3.html.  However, when
I arrive, the nav bar is for the general D pages, not the language spec.
