Attached is a set of patches to correct numerous typos in the web 
documentation for D.

Because what I've just been doing is about fixing typos, I haven't gone 
through on the amount of misleading, OOD or otherwise bogus information 
that there is to deal with.  Although I did end up fixing one such 
piece, which happened to contain a typo among the kinds I've been fixing.
