digitalmars.D.announce - valgrind 3.21.0 supports D demangling

that this is not required anymore. Since [version 3.21.0], 
valgrind supports D demangling out of the box.

I dont know who has to be thanked for the work actually. I share the news because I've noticed valgrind was updated yesterday and saw that D was mentioned in the changelog, that's it.
