This is the fourth Tango release-candidate, named after Daniel Keep for his
filter contributions in this release. Beyond those, this is mostly a bugfix
release, many of which are posted by community members.

 * Added compression (bzip2 and zlib) stream filters 
 * Updated for DMD 1.021 
 * Updated for GDC 0.24 

For a complete list of changes please see the changelog. We welcome all
feedback and testing.
 
For the next release with a tentative release date 1 month from now, we
expect to have finalized the VFS design. By then, we also hope to utilize
the new library switches in DMD.
 
We are still looking for participants to all parts of the project, feel free
to contact us via the contact page linked below. Also note that there now
is a Tango.Scrapple project at DSource functioning as a place for Tango
compatible code, and a staging ground for future inclusion in Tango.
