HTMLayout wrapper updated to version 3.2.2.8
Now it supports drag and drop. Other important changes include improved way of
handling events among other things. Added some code to make the wrapper usable
inside DWT, not only DFL. See flowerd.dwt (no example for now)
Added example how to use behaviors to create translatable interface:

These examples probably use behaviors that are not yet ported to D. They are
easy to port, but I don't have the time. If you need some of them take a look
at HTMLayoutSDK\include\behaviors.

I tested some HTMLayoutDemos, a lot of Demos not work with DFL based wrapper.
