digitalmars.D.announce - D under Omnicore X-develop ?

have a plugin API so that new languages can be added

than a VisualStudio plugin or an Eclipse plugin. Not sure. Just wanted 
to point that out for people interested in writing a plugin to have a 
neat IDE for D. Not free like Eclipse, but it seems to be more 
affordable than VS.NET, and more flexible perhaps ?
