I can't really tell you anything about Visual D, but my D 
extension for VSCode (code-d) will soon have translations for 
German, probably Swedish and hopefully Japanese. My extension 
basically has a similar featureset like Visual D, however the 
current version is broken on Windows. I will probably push a fix 
soon though.

I will post it in the announce forum once its done and also reply 
here for you.
