Combining with
 I plan to send a complete draft out on Nov 9.

It looks like we will not see an excerpt until the book is finished. And also, finishing the book more or less means finishing D2, too. Looks like we will not see any major changes in D2 (like, non-nullable by default etc)? Are you settled on default struct ctors?
