I made a simplified SVG version of the D logo to use for the Google+ D Community logo that may be of usual to someone making a design. https://docs.google.com/file/d/0Bx3n3LnLsNBzUzZYWFRLdWszaHM/edit?usp=sharing BA PS Be careful that technical puns can't be misinterpreted by the layman: http://bash.org/?925050

Ha! I've always been fond of this slogan, (perhaps on the back of the t-shirt, if the phrase hasn't been overused already), that I saw on http://www.amazon.com/The-Programming-Language-Andrei-Alexandrescu/product-reviews/0321635361 "Just what I need -- another D in programming." -- segfault

Good points! Mars, yes :) Tshirt mockup https://www.dropbox.com/s/fvdu5k63ojq23ok/tshirt_2.png Side note: Btw, *if* this would actually get serious, not all print shops can manage these kind of prints. This requires white on black and screen-printing etc., not just normal laser-cut iron-on stickers. Don't want to ruin the fun, but hey, reality. /k

T-shirt designs shouldn't have small print on them. Having people need to peer at your chest isn't a good idea! Bright colors, big shapes work better.

I don't like it. It's non-obvious what it's supposed to represent at first glance. Is it possible to change the orientation of Phobos and the highlights so that it's more obvious that it's depicting an irregularly-shaped moon? not yet, i was mocking up the design (after some feedback*) on a custom t-shirt website. I'll probably order it next week or so; wear it around for humor's sake. * can't believe people were so put-off by brown, its very fashionable!

That looks heavily different from your original mockup though. :) Regards -- Iain Buclaw *(p < e ? p++ : p) = (c & 0x0f) + '0';

Nothing tacky about it. Just expressing my shock that this is going to be a shirt with my name on it. ;-) Also, I am disappointed at you for not picking up the Airplane reference. Not angry, just disappointed. :o) --=20 Iain Buclaw *(p < e ? p++ : p) =3D (c & 0x0f) + '0';

The mockups were black because it blends with the star sky, at glance making the entire tshirt look like a star sky. But anything goes, of course. /k
