You&#39;re mistaken. Those were always in std.datetime. Rather, they were
moving<br/>
into std.benchmark (which is arguably a better place for them). And I
expect<br/>
that they well be moved into std.benchmark at some point in the future, but<br/>
std.benchmark ran into some difficult technical problems that have yet to
be<br/>
sorted out (hence why it hasn&#39;t been completed yet).<br/>

I talked with Andrei brielfy about it at dconf (because I want to move
those<br/>
functions out of std.datetime), and he&#39;s interesting in finishing it,
but<br/>
those technical issues need to be sorted out first.<br/>
