> If i am not mistaken, parts of std.benchmark moved into
> std.datetime. After this work on std.benchmark stopped.
You're mistaken. Those were always in std.datetime. Rather, they were
into std.benchmark (which is arguably a better place for them). And I
that they well be moved into std.benchmark at some point in the future, but
std.benchmark ran into some difficult technical problems that have yet to
sorted out (hence why it hasn't been completed yet).
I talked with Andrei brielfy about it at dconf (because I want to move
functions out of std.datetime), and he's interesting in finishing it,
those technical issues need to be sorted out first.
