A good ad­vice to fight­ing the stage fright is to can­cel the symp­toms: walk
slow­er, breathe slow­er, drink water, and try to con­trol your voice.<

Yup, my wife advised me to mention the beta blockers but their usage is controversial enough to make me avoid mentioning it. Nevertheless, I know people for whom beta blockers do work. Andrei

A pill can solve your immediate problem but it doesn't make you better. Self-training increases the power you have on your body, makes your mind stronger and able to solve other similar problems, and doesn't damage your kidneys. If you want to master any field you have first of all to master yourself, there is no magic pill to escape this. Bye, bearophile
