digitalmars.D - Link to D 2.0 language spec ebook is broken

It appears to be because of the redirect from http://digitalmars.com/d/2.0/*to
http://www.d-programming-language.org and the D site doesn't have the
actual ebook hosted.

I don't think the D2 language has an "ebook" specification like D1 did. I've talked about it and I still sort of wish for one. The site just doesn't feel organized and centralized to me nor is it portable.
