digitalmars.D - Dv1 vs. Dv2 internals direction document?

Is there a document anywhere that indicates the direction that the D compiler
is envisaged to take?

Specifically the compiler & core language rather than the libraries.

Cheers, b.

This is the best I can think of: http://s3.amazonaws.com/dconf2007/WalterAndrei.pdf Most of the features in that presentation are either implemented, or as far as we (the D community) know, likely to be implementend in the near future. Here's another one with a more limited scope: http://www.digitalmars.com/d/2.0/accu-functional.pdf

Many thanks. The slides are very interesting and tantalising, but leave me wanting more in a few places. Assuming that these were used for giving a presentation, I don't suppose anyine has a) a transcript; b) audio; c) (as a last resort) video; of same? Cheers, b. --

Brad was supposed to have posted a video of the presentation(s) at some time in the past (6 months ago? three weeks ago?), but as of yet I believe they have not been posted.
