When I post here ,If I hit the post button without putting my name and email in
I get a red error message on the Web-News site. 

I then fill in the name and email and hit post again ........and I get a double
post

Web-news is very buggy and has not been updated fro some time. There are 
quite a few well-known bugs with it.
