I am going to make a new thread for this so it doesn't get buried
in the other thread.

Here is a survey of all suggested new names for AliasSeq, please
vote so we can end this with the best name...

Thanks have submitted mine. How long will you leave it open? Also, I haven't read through the end of the last thread, but will the result of this be used?

No idea if the results will be used, but I am sure the powers the be will at least take the survey into consideration. I just opened it because it couldn't hurt, Andrei is always saying that if we think something should be done then to just do it :). I was just going to leave it open for as long as needed.

Here is a graph of average rank for each name. It should update automatically but there seems to be a small delay. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1sFLQAYnI2Xx5CPrf9KXbuxUfdHPewyo67Y1Sb0Z8p5M/pubchart?oid=2030278607&format=interactive
