Not bad for an incomplete language :-)
 "written in Java" : 1,820,000 hits

 "written in C++" : 836,000 hits
These *could* be translated to D, with varying amounts of the work involved... (translated into D / compiled as a lib)
 "written in C" : 1,560,000 hits
And all these should be ready to go, as soon as one translates the C headers... At least the 32-bit and non-vector ones ? (since D is not ready for 64-bit or SIMD) --anders

Note that this is actually even less, since many speak of music or other topics: "Written in D major", "written in D minor", etc. This could, of course, also apply to C, but C gets over a million hits anyway. What's strange is that Googling for '"written in D" -major -minor' generates more results (955 hits).
