Does it look like it's on the OSF list of approved open-source licenses? I'm sure it's not. Since you brought it up, I'm not a big fan of her license either, but it strikes me as more annoying than unusable (and I do think it's obnoxious). But all licenses other than public domain make my head hurt when I try to understand what they actually mean. I'm a big fan of public domain. BSD-style is great, too. jcc7
