At the bottom of each documentation page there's a "feedback and comments" link
to a wiki page. You can edit that wiki page to suggest a fix or make a comment.

There's already a question about "abstract" here
(http://www.prowiki.org/wiki4d/wiki.cgi?DocComments/Declaration). It'd probably
also be a good place to ask about "synchronized".

You can also post a bug report in the digitalmars.bugs newsgroup, but I think
"feedback and comments" is currently the preferred method.
