Hi all.

I use scons to build my d project. There are several bugs was found during usage
(LIBPATH didn't work, linker fail if not default compiler options was set). So,
here my first mite for D community: fixed dmd.py file. Hope it will be useful to
somebody.

I'll e-mail modifications to scons author tommorow, maybe it will avaible as
builtin file in future version.
