You generally have to request that they be added.  I asked Google to add
digitalmars.* a few months ago but it never happened.  Try emailing them again.
Ask for each group explicitly, so: digitalmars.D, digitalmars.D.bugs.

I think we would need to start a "campaign" with many people e-mailing them.
Maybe someone could put the where or who here.
